A BAND AND ALBUM TO CHECK OUT

An album that I have been playing quite a bit recently is the recent one from the Belgian band Customs. Their album is called Harlequins of Love. The album reminded me so much of the debut album by Editors and also the debut album by long forgotten band The Departure. This album has something for everyone. The bouncing tracks like the new single "Toupee" and the first single "Harlequin" and the track "Only After Love" The rest of the album has some great experimental songs. I do recommend this album to you all. You will not regret it.

Sad News Indeed!

Some Sad News! I just got word of this on Sunday. Laura Kennedy, original bassist for the Bush Tetras, died on November 14, 2011 after a long battle with liver disease. She was truly a fabulous bassist of this NO Wave band. Rest in Peace Laura.
