This week I bring you another artist in the local alternative music scene. Her name is Joanne Vance: She is a singer,songwriter and guitarist. Her style goes into pop, rock and jazz all fused in the alternative genre. Her debut album is called Silencios Incómodos and it is songs that Joanne has written since 2002 when she was living in the United States, Chile and Ecuador. Her music mixes elaborate and descriptive lyrics with suggestive harmonies that explore themes involving love, trips, and reflecting on society in general.
